We are like traditional high street estate agents, but we are based online and we can offer you the same services  at much lower cost , which means substantial savings for you.

Our aim is to sell your property for the best possible price, within a reasonable timescale and to make the process as stress free as possible. The potential saving in fees is also a great incentive to use our services, as well as our pledge to do our best for you.

Our no Sale No fee is 0.75% for sole agency or 1% for multi-agency which is payable on completion.

Unlike any traditional high street agents who have higher running costs, our overheads are kept low and we pass on those savings to our valued customers.

We will market your property until it is sold, unless otherwise instructed by yourself.

We use comparative evidence and available market data to arrive at a mutually agreed marketing price.

No. Our guidance and opinion on marketing price is free of charge.

On our own website and on the major portals such as  Zoopla, Prime Location, OntheMarket and many more, to make sure we do our best to get your property sold.

We take the full name, address and contact details as well qualify the buying and financial position of all potential viewers.

Viewings are arranged at a mutually convenient time and confirmed to all parties via our booking system.

Presentation is key. De-clutter where necessary, undertake any jobs that will improve and enhance saleability, show the space you are selling to its’ best potential.

You will need a valid EPC to market your property. If required, we can arrange an EPC to be produced for you at £70.00.

An EPC is valid for 10 years
